Latest Top 10 deals

For several months now, I've been part of an effort for TopTenRealEstateDeals.com.

It's been a very interesting experience, as many of the deals we've featured have been snatched up by buyers. To illustrate the diversity of deals I see, one of our deals was a home in the $30 million range. We must've been on target, because this home became the first to sell in Beverly Park in more than six months and at the time was the most expensive sale in the state through early 2009. Additionally, we've been on target with lower priced deals as well. For example, two of the condo buildings we've featured downtown have been on fire this year. (Thus, we've continued to feature EVO and Barker Block this month). In fact, EVO has sold more than 100 units this year and 40 in the month of June alone. Amazing.

This month starts with a new condo project in Marina del Rey. The prices are amazing. The location is fabulous. And the building is newly constructed, it's already getting a complete makeover by hotelier The KOR Group. And the word is they sold more than 20 their first weekend. So we'll start with it at No. 1 on our list.
