Christopher Hain is an experienced, multi-million-dollar Real Estate Agent with Ramsey-Shilling Associates, one of Los Angeles' oldest and most-distinguished Real Estate companies.

Christopher works not only with individual home buyers but also with builders, developers and investors. Christopher prides himself on saving his clients time and money while delivering attentive service to navigate any real estate transaction.

Christopher has an extensive network of investors and developers. He is privy to some great off-the-market real estate deals of all types and sizes. Additionally, he is constantly in touch with large investors looking to buy or fund real estate deals of any size.

Christopher has written two books about real estate, "The Complete Guide to Buying a Home in L.A." and "The L.A. Real Estate Grants Handbook" as well as countless articles about real estate and real estate development. He's been interviewed by CBS, ABC and The New York Times among others. He has appeared as a real estate expert on HGTV, and his real estate work has been featured in The Los Angeles Times and the Studio City/Sherman Oaks/Encino Sun.
